At The Whispering Willow Farm, we want you to be completely enchanted by your home goods. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our farm warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
